ODO KNIFE

This hand-made knife is the result of a collaboration between Japanese artisans, designers and small manufacturers in the Ishikawa prefecture. Using traditional techniques and high quality materials such as its stainless steel blade and brass handle makes it unique. It can be used for slicing cheese, or any soft foods such as fruits, vegetables and desserts.
